Recent assignments we have worked upon for clients have included:
1. A survey of the client’s prospective partners establishing what those prospective partners’ perception was of the client and the client’s perceived strengths and weaknesses compared to competitors.
2. We have conducted a number of surveys of clients’ current and recent partner’s establishing how well the client is perceived to be performing as a partner and its strengths and weaknesses as a partner. As part of this research we have identified those partnerships at risk of failure and enabled the client to take remedial measures designed to improve those partnerships before they fail.
3. We have established and managed a confidential partnership healthcheck system for a client allowing the client and particular partners to share their experiences of partnering with each other. Because we manage the service on behalf of the client both sides can be sure that only information and comments that should be seen by the other party are, in fact, seen by them.
4. We have conducted a survey of a client’s internal departments that interface with the alliance management team to ensure that those departments are getting what they need from the alliance management team. The dataset we provided the client team with gave them a rich range of suggestions and opportunities to improve the service delivered to internal partners and the results have been incorporated into the alliance management’s dashboard management tool.
